Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. Any damaged goods will be exchanged on our own expense.

If you are missing an item in your kit and would like us to send you that item – please do not return the kit – we would happily send you the missing items for FREE. Please send us an email with your order number and missing item and we will ship it free of charge the next business day.

If, for any reason, you would like to return the items you purchased on this website, for an exchange or a refund – please email us at Grow@natureit.co or use the Contact us form in this website, and we will provide a return to address. Please be sure to add your order number with your ticket.

*Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

**Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
